BioTech started its proper journey in 2010 with a breakthrough in Pakistan biogas history by construction of 200 cubic meter biogas plant at Nestle Sukheki Farm supporting one 100KVA
Ans a 25 KW gen set plus a thirty to thirty-five persons kitchen.
Later worked with Winrock international on medium scale commercial projects. Worked with USAID, DRDF, Nestle Pakistan and a number of private dairy farms.
Worked as JV in Punjab govt energy department projects under consultation of a German firm on three plants two with proposed European design by consultant firm and one Nepalese design proposed by Biotech at Vehari. Here BioTech established a community based successful set up for 200 house hold successfully operated it for two years this plant was
later handed over to community.
BioTech provided consultancy at a 4200 cubic meter biogas plant for power generation at Military dairy farm Renala.
In this journey of years, a number of trainings, seminars, awareness programs and domestic biogas solution are on biotech credit.
Beside all the commercial activities we focused on development & Research maintained good number of satisfied customers.

Scope
Biogas plants have huge potential to produce a clean fuel from unhygienic, wet organic waste. There are many more rural areas where traditional dung-based plants could be used. There may be even more potential in towns and cities, where waste disposal and sanitation is becoming an increasing challenge as more people move to urban areas.
